I very much like the many changes in Federations except Galactic Community! To me it is useless, a distraction, and irritating. I like the changes added to diplomacy. I would think that the voting aspect would be better and more understandable inside an individual federation. I would very much like the ability to turn Galactic Community OFF in the "game details" section of the new game setup.
