Steam deck fedex

It's poor strategy that reeks of "We are not confident in our product enough to go into mass production", and if you care about the future of the Deck, or a potential Deck V2, you should wish upon a star that they market it to non-steam users, otherwise it's gonna go the same way as the Steam Controller, except the Deck didn't deserve that.

Hello all, I'm looking for some help here, today I spoke with FedEx regarding the Steam Deck I ordered which was in shipment only to be told as some point during transit it was opened and the contents were removed, leaving behind a package with no contents. I'm still waiting on Steam Support to respond but I'm wondering if there was any other avenue I could pursue to find help?
