Whether that was soldiers talking about offing themselves or massive pay issues, many situations showed signs of an inept or corrupt leadership neglecting their SMs. Having u/SMA-PAO be on reddit, connecting and listening to soldiers without all the bureaucracy in the middle is the actual greatest transformation in the last 40 years.
