Turns out the one in the shed is IN the tool box. forgot you could open those. you can also use the bathroom door in order to enter the gas station, but there is a pry bar outside close by. In the Redux Wintermute, I went through all of Milton (and did all side quests) without finding a single prybar.
Voyager. The only rifle I've found was in the Hunting Lodge bathroom in Broken Railroad; just laying in the tub. I have found 2 distress pistols in Milton though. What the fuck was it doing in a bathroom. Since the new update, I have found a rifle, a revolver, and a distress pistol in bathtubs.

The book symbol stands for the Tales Quest, the game will tell you where to go after you repaired a transmitter. I usually find one in the truck behind the gas station. I think in the current milton spawn I'm running i've found 3 prybars. 2 of them were inside vehicles and one in the barn by the body. Ravine is the only place I've ever been IIRC that I didn't find a rope in. That was only a couple times. I can't recall any ropeless points in Milton map.
