Mala Project has amazing dry pot bowls that are very flavorful. I tend to go for the mild spicy level, as to be able to enjoy the numbing a bit without feeling overwhelmed. You pick your own ingredients, but i highly recommend adding pineapple and glass noodles. The service was fast and great. Inside, the room looks like a retro-bar.
