Lifetime channel on att uverse

When I look at your channel line up guide on your website it clearly states that the channel 1665 is available with our channel tier that we subscribe to. When I look at Next Level Sports website for channels that cover their programming it clearly states ATT UVerse carries their channel. Please help this channel to work again - very frustrating.
