Thanks for taking the time to comment. I went to pull out the drivers side front (1157a) so that i could check voltage. I noticed that the bulb was loose. I gave it a little twist and checked turn signal. It now worked fine (no hyper flash). I drove down the highway and when I got off and turned left it was hyper flashing again.
