I-140 was approved in October 23'. Perm PD - October 22'. ROW EB2 meaning PD is current starting from this week. I-485 was filed directly to NBC in mid October 23' (almost 3 months ago) after the I-140 was approved. I asked Emma today and they said the case was moved to the Pittsburgh field office on 12/26/2023.
