I'd like to know this as well. I've had quite a few times where a buyer purchases something and then decides she wants to bundle it with something else. So I cancel and mark as "will bundle with other order". Are those treated differently? I've also had a number of buyers cancel within 30 minutes themselves and mark "accidentally purchased".
