I don't really plan on running an optic nor a light (maybe later) but I found a 43X MOS at an outstanding price, so I was thinking ...Both the Glock 43X MOS and Glock 48 MOS hold 10 rounds, but come in packages weighing in at less than 20 ounces and both 1.1 inches in width. The difference between the pistols is the G48 has a 4.17-inch barrel compared to the G43X’s 3.41.Over the course of time the tabs on shield gen 3 will erode the mag interior IMO! Dirt and debris gets in opening as well. Additionally I have tried to Champer the leading edge as with Glock and PSA. This helps allow the edge of the shell slide over edge of mag as well. The 43X upper fits just fine on the 43 frame. So does the 48. Buying a 43 and 48 combo lets you get the 43X as well. All the uppers will interchange. The magazines don't work between the models and some of the small parts are different (mag catch, slide stop, etc).
