Cvs pay raise for pharmacy tech

Right now I'm a pharmacy tech trainee and only have 8 hours this week. So the plus side would be that I would be guaranteed hours and have every other weekend off. My biggest issue is that I wouldnt receive a pay increase because I already make more than what people in the front store make.
