ATT says has to be handled as a warranty claim thru Apple. And if ATT did process the claim themselves they would only provide a refurbished phone. Spoke with Apple. They will only provide a refurbished phone. Not a new one either. Also, ATT will continue to charge me for a new phone till it’s paid off.
