The only way I could fix it was to completely exit the game and restart. My hot bar shifts between accepting the tools/resources I assign to it, and then what I move there not being assigned and everything being moved around almost at random due to that attempt. It's so frustrating when you're in battle with a friend and they get killed at when they re-spawn their body instantly gets dragged to you killing them over and over again. Please fix this ASAPIt's a known issue with tethering. That is why - everyone who mentions this issue or how to increase the tether range - we always suggest running a dedicated server by using ASM (Ark Server Manager) - or if someone's a little more savvy - creating a .bat file to do so. Open it up and you will see a file with a "long string of numbers.arkprofile". Copy that number, not the file itself, just the long name with numbers. That is your unique Steam id that identifies the players connecting to the server. Save that number name, you will need it shortly.
