Wowow had a great meal here as someone who was a frequent guest at the former totto ramen the owner/chef of this ramen-ya in its place made an awesome broth. I ordered kae-dama as well. Really rich chicken broth noodles are served with an awesome wanted temperature and all staff were really friendly and kind. I would say please check it out.
